Stump Removal and Tree Planting in Downtown Atlanta

Hey, good morning! This is Kevin with Stump Grinder Company. This morning, we're in downtown Atlanta working with Trees Atlanta to replant new trees.

We're happy to be part of this program and working to help plant new trees It's always a little different coming downtown, dealing with traffic, concrete, and beds where you've got limited space. But this is the second time we've worked with Trees Atlanta, and we're excited to get started!

Here's our first stump to be removed as you can see, it's within a concrete border, kind of limited space, but be able to grind that down pretty easily. Here's the surrounding landscape; this is actually a pretty good Location compared to some others where we've had to block traffic.

Now we're down on Peachtree Street, and we've got this big stump to be removed for a new tree to be planted. This one's going to be a challenge just based on the border and the metal, but you can see we've also got a lot of pedestrians, cars, sidewalks. We're going to do our best to kind of set it all up.

Here's the after on the last stump here in downtown Atlanta. I've been working with Trees Atlanta. They'll come in and replant a new tree. So it's been a great day, and it was tough just under these conditions, but we did it.
